If you can't find the Vinewave category or the web part in the web parts list, here's what to do.
1. Make sure the feature is activated
The first thing to check is whether the feature is activated in SharePoint.
Simply go to Site Settings > Site collection features (under the Site Collection Administration heading), then click Activate next to the relevant Vinewave feature.
After clicking Activate it should show that the feature is Active:
This will make the Vinewave web part (and category) visible when you choose to insert a web part onto the page.
If the feature is already activated, try deactivate it then reactivate it again as this sometimes solves the problem.
If you've tried the above steps and the Vinewave web part or category still isn't available in the web part list, it could be that the Solution wasn't deployed correctly.
2. Did the solution deploy correctly?
The solution is deployed automatically when you install the web part, but it may not have deployed correctly during installation for a variety of reasons.
To check whether it's deployed, go to SharePoint Central Administration and click on the System Settings heading.
Then under Farm Management, click Manage farm solutions.
On the next screen you should see a list of .wsp's - these are solution files, and all the Vinewave solutions should be marked as Deployed.
If one of them isn't marked as Deployed, simply click on the name, then click Deploy Solution on the next page and follow the steps.
